Kyle and Amy have served in ministry for over 15 years. Their journey has included youth ministry at Crossroads Bible Church, overseas missions with Josiah Venture, and a return to Crossroads, where Kyle served as Executive Pastor. Today, God has called them to support the broader Church through Vinia, the western region of the Missionary Church denomination. As stateside missionaries, Kyle now serves as Director of Leader Development, offering church consulting, coaching, and leadership training specifically for Vinia churches across 11 states. Amy ministers to churches both within Vinia and beyond, through her ministry Abiding and Free, which focuses on women’s discipleship through conference and retreat speaking, as well as coaching ministry leaders.

Far too many churches are closing their doors, and ministry leaders are stepping away—often for reasons that could have been prevented. Our heart is to come alongside churches and ministry workers to help them thrive in both health and effectiveness, so they can remain in ministry for the long haul and the Gospel can continue to advance into an unbelieving world.
