FALL 2026 SEMESTER
SPIRITUAL FORMATION
September 14 - November 23 | Monday Nights | 6:00 - 8:00 PM

In a world marked by distraction, hurry, and spiritual fatigue, many believers long for a deeper, more authentic walk with Christ. Our Fall course, Spiritual Formation, cultivates a vibrant relationship with God that transforms the heart and everyday life. Rooted in Scripture and shaped by rich discipleship traditions, the course explores how spiritual growth and transformation unfolds when we arrange our lives around practices such as prayer, worship, Scripture meditation, community, service, and dependence on the Holy Spirit.
The eleven-week course is both academic and experiential, encouraging students not only to understand spiritual formation intellectually but also to cultivate habits that deepen their relationship with God, foster spiritual maturity, and support faithful ministry. Students will also learn to deepen their relationship with Christ, discern God’s voice, and develop rhythms that strengthen their faith for life and ministry.
Cost is $200 per course, plus course materials. Class audit is $100, plus course materials.

SPRING 2027 SEMESTER
The spring semester course will be announced later this winter, again being held on Monday evenings starting on February 1st.
TALBOT EMBEDDED
We are excited about the opportunity to collaborate with Talbot Theological Seminary to provide high-quality graduate-level theological and biblical training to our church and the broader Puget Sound region. CBC leadership has long held a vision of making seminary-level education accessible through CBC and has been praying for years. We see this partnership, called “Talbot Embedded,” as directly addressing that gap through their hybrid learning model. This is a great opportunity that will result in a stronger church and greater gospel impact in the Pacific Northwest.
Talbot Embedded is a cohort-based pathway within the Talbot School of Theology at Biola University, designed for active ministry leaders who seek the depth of Talbot’s theological training within a formative learning community. Each semester combines online coursework with at least one three-day, in-person gathering at Crossroads Bible Church, creating a learning environment that is both flexible and purposefully structured.
