INTERNSHIPS

Welcome to the Crossroads Bible Church Internship Program! Our program is designed to develop and train young adults, who are interested in exploring full-time vocational ministry to be disciple-making leaders . Interns will identify and cultivate their spiritual gifts and passions while choosing a ministry focus. This experience provides hands-on ministry experience, biblical training, leadership development, and personal enrichment within a disciple-making environment.
Volunteer Internship
High school students and college freshmen are given the opportunity to assist with basic tasks and shadow professionals to gain insights into their area of interest. The duration is flexible, based on the availability and school schedule of the student.
College Internship
This is an option for College sophomores and above to work on specific projects or tasks relevant to their field of study, with minimal training required. The Internship typically lasts 3-6 months.
Co-op Internship
College students seeking academic credit through collaboration with educational institutions will undertake projects that fulfill academic requirements and contribute to ministerial goals. The Co-op Internship aligns with academic semesters or quarters.
Residency Program
College seniors and graduates planning to pursue seminary or ministry will engage in advanced projects, mentorship, leadership roles, in-depth training and spiritual development , preparing them for future careers in ministry. This option typically lasts 6-12 months.

General Guidelines

General Guidelines

Application Process: Interested candidates must submit an application form, resume, and cover letter. Selected candidates will be invited for an interview.

Supervision: Each Intern will be assigned a supervisor who will provide guidance, feedback, and support throughout the internship.

Evaluation: Interns will receive regular evaluations to assess their performance and provide constructive feedback.

Completion: Upon successful completion of the Internship, Interns will receive a certificate of completion and, if applicable, academic credit.
